Web3 Sales Manager (Dubai)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a strong web3 background, who knows the market, has their own network — and is ready to close deals and grow with us.

What you will do:

• Talk to founders of top-tier web3 and fintech projects around the world;

• Work with exchanges, VCs and family offices to bring them onboard;

• Manage your CRM, test sales approaches, and grow your pipeline;

• Join leading fintech/blockchain conferences globally;

• Provide market feedback and propose new product features.

Who we’re looking for:

• Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales;

• Advanced/Fluent English — 90% of our clients are English-speaking;

• Experience with cold sales — and the drive to close;

• You know how sales work and how to solve problems fast;

• Solid knowledge of crypto/web3 — from projects to trends to major players.

You’re a great fit if:

• You already have connections in crypto/web3 and understand how the industry works — no need to start from scratch;

• You’re hungry — ready to earn $10,000+ monthly;

• You’re organized, independent, and don’t need micromanagement.
