As a Technical Talent Sourcer you will:

• Source and attract candidates based on specific team requirements

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs

• Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, GitHub and others

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process

We expect:

• 0.5-2 years of experience in IT recruitment field

• Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean Search

• Written and spoken English skills (Upper Intermediate+)

• Developed soft skills, ability to deal with staff and job candidates

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
