📌 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)

• Experience in iGaming / digital / tech is a plus

• Fluent English

• Confident use of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools

• Full-cycle recruitment

• Active sourcing

• Candidate interviewing and assessment

• Building and managing the candidate pipeline

• Developing hiring strategies

• Providing market insights and consulting
