Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re a product SaaS company with a fully remote international team.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire great professional matches for our team. If you’re into working in product teams, obsessed with finding talented people across countries, have excellent English, and know how to keep things organized, our role might be your next one.
This is a remote position under a service agreement. We typically start working around 11 AM (GMT+1 time zone). The maximum allowable time zone difference is around 4 hours, so that we can all stay connected.
Who we are:
- hire talents for Engineering—Full-stack JS devs, QA, DevOps, and other positions—Design, Marketing, Product, and Customer Relations teams;
- source candidates from LinkedIn—and beyond—local job boards in the EU and personal networking;
- work closely with hiring managers: syncing early, updating often, keeping everyone on the same page;
- run the hiring process tidily and improve it when needed;
- manage hiring paperwork across different countries, but mainly in the EU: contracts, onboarding, offboarding;
- write and update internal hiring guidelines and other HR-related documentation.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing—either in an agency or in a fast-moving startup product company;
- great level of spoken and written English—C1+;
- proactivity in cold messaging and creative outreach;
- experience with hiring across countries and time zones;
- experience with HRM systems like BambooHR;
- passion for keeping things clear, structured, and documented;
- and last but not least—brilliant communication skills and an optimistic attitude towards challenges.
Would be a plus:
- experience with SaaS product teams;
- expertise in hiring IT specialists and designers;
- knowledge of local job boards in EU countries and understanding of when to use them;
- love for shaping and developing hiring culture, and familiarity with supporting distributed teams;
- Interest in the product side and desire to impact the product growth.
What you’ll get:
- 28 weekdays of paid annual leave;
- access to a corporate laptop;
- compensation for coworking space fees;
- language courses;
- compensation for sports or other physical activities.
The hiring process:
It's entirely remote and runs in three stages:
- 28 weekdays of paid annual leave;
- access to a corporate laptop;
- compensation for coworking space fees;
- language courses;
- compensation for sports or other physical activities.
- a 45-minute intro call with our HR Manager, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the job and learn more about the company and its culture;
- a test assignment;
- a detailed interview with the HR Manager. It usually takes around 90 minutes and will be based on hiring processes and adaptation cases;
- a finalizing call with Diana Kasay, CEO of Readymag.
A few days after the final stage, we’ll reach out to you with a decision.
How to apply:
Use the application form in our HR system to send us your CV and a cover letter summarizing your relevant work experience and explaining why you’d like to join the Readymag team. If your experience matches our requirements, we’ll get back to you and schedule the next step.
