To strengthen our distribution team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Lead who will drive sales execution and contribute to company growth

You’ll own the sales process - from prospecting to deal closing - while opening new markets, building a foundation for consistent revenue, and developing long-term partnerships

This isn't just another sales role - you'll be joining at a pivotal growth stage where your expertise directly shapes our market presence and revenue trajectory

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

  • Build and nurture high-value client relationships

  • Develop territory strategies and identify new market opportunities

Drive lead consultancy process:

  • Evaluate current needs → Frame them into pains

  • Provide pre-discovery solutions with relevant outcome expectations

  • Conduct deep discovery process with product team

  • Lead product demonstrations and solution consultations

Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles (4-12+ months)

  • Create compelling proposals and negotiate enterprise contracts

  • Represent Nozomi at industry conferences and networking events

Partnership Development:

  • Establish long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations

  • Conduct client workshops and consultative sessions

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on custom solutions

Reporting & performance: collecting and monitoring sales metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT / SaaS product sales

  • Experience closing deals worth $200K+

  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

  • Experience working with long sales cycles and achieving/exceeding targets.

  • Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

  • Understanding of the digital market.

  • Strong skills in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • English — C1
