Junior Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our international team and help us deliver outstanding client experiences.
This is an entry-to-mid-level position for someone who enjoys structured work, communication, and operational excellence, and who wants to grow into a full-cycle Account Manager responsible for commercial development, upsells, and portfolio expansion.

You’ll start with hands-on account operations, day-to-day communication with clients, and close collaboration with internal teams. Over time, you’ll build the foundation for strategic client ownership and business growth.

What you’ll do

• Manage and support a portfolio of clients (crypto merchants, exchangers, fintech partners)

• Maintain day-to-day communication regarding operations, metrics, and account performance

• Serve as the primary client contact and represent the company in all operational and communication matters.- coordinating with Risk, Tech, Legal, and Product teams

• Help prepare and update commercial materials, contracts, and performance reports

• Support internal process optimization and contribute to client experience improvements
  

What you bring

• Fluent Russian & English (B2+/C1) - you’ll communicate with clients and teams daily

• Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset

• Ability to process large volumes of information and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn about fintech and crypto

• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or iGaming - a plus, not a must.
