KOL BD / Business Development Manager

Location: Remote / Japan preferred
About the Role:
This position focuses on building LBank’s contract-trading presence in Japan — one of the most active and mature markets for crypto derivatives.
You’ll work with communities, influencers, and trading educators to connect traditional trading audiences (stocks, forex) with the futures and crypto markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Expand user growth channels in Japan — focusing on real trading users, not just followers
2️⃣ Build and maintain trading-related communities (crypto, forex, stocks)
3️⃣ Partner with KOLs, educators, and trainers to drive conversions
4️⃣ Coordinate small events, AMA sessions, and localized campaigns

Requirements:

• Previous experience in BD for an exchange or trading platform

• Network within stock, forex, or crypto communities

• Familiarity with private-traffic operations and user-conversion models

• Independent, result-driven, and fluent in Japanese
