Requirements:
3+ years in full-cycle B2B sales
Build and execute marketing & outreach strategy (LinkedIn, email, events, webinars, etc.)
Lead full-cycle B2B sales: from first contact and demos to negotiation and closing
Develop client partnerships: drive long-term success and natural upsell through value
Own and optimize the growth budget with a data-driven mindset
Leverage your IT project/product experience to navigate complex client needs
Attend events, grow our network, and constantly test acquisition hypotheses
Use AI tools (LLMs, etc.) to accelerate growth
English: C1, Russian: B2
