Brand Manager (PC/Steam, RTS)

A growing independent game studio (RTS genre) is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team and drive global marketing efforts for upcoming PC titles. Direct involvement with the dev team, influencers, and distribution platforms.
What you’ll do:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies for product launches and live support
– Plan and execute PR campaigns
– Manage influencer outreach (paid and barter-based)
– Coordinate with partners: user acquisition, SMM, stores, PR and influencer agencies
– Prepare marketing documentation and presentations
– Work closely with the dev team and community
Requirements:
– Experience launching games on Steam and other PC platforms
– Proven track record in global PR campaigns
– Familiarity with ad buying, influencer marketing, and key performance metrics
– Hands-on experience with the Steam developer backend
– Understanding of the PC game marketing lifecycle
– English: B2 or higher (including spoken)
– Based within ±3 time zones from Moscow
