Frontend Developer (Browser Games, R&D/Crypto)

We are part of a large international iGaming holding and develop in-house browser games, as well as provide game solutions as a platform. The team has ~260 people, with well-structured Scrum/Agile processes and clear roles. Infrastructure: Jira, Confluence, Google Meet.

We are launching a new R&D/crypto initiative and are looking for a Senior/Team Lead Frontend Developer experienced in 2D game development.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop browser-based 2D games using PixiJS.

• Drive R&D initiatives and improve internal tools and game development libraries.

• Lead and grow the frontend team: conduct 1:1s, resource planning, and development plans.

• Perform code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.

• Collaborate closely with designers, animators, backend and game developers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial frontend/game development experience.

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead (hiring, task decomposition, estimations, team meetings).

• 2+ years of 2D game development with PixiJS or Phaser.

• Experience with animation libraries: GSAP, TweenJS.

• English — for reading documentation and research.

Nice to have:

• TypeScript

• Vue.js or React

• Experience with graphics programming and animation

• Technical or mathematical background
