VP-level Performance Marketing Consultant

We’ve built a marketing data platform and are now launching our marketing analytics AI agent. We’re looking for a real senior marketer/analyst/consultant to help us with our analysis methodology and spread the word about this agent’s capabilities.

You’ll lead public talks, create case studies, and refine our AI’s methodology. Responsibilities include weekly webinars, turning data into compelling content, and collaborating with product teams.

Who we’re looking for:

1. 10+ years of experience. You’ve got a solid track record of helping businesses grow through performance marketing. You’ve led teams of 5+ and been hands-on in creating or refining full-funnel marketing systems that drive results — and you’ve got the numbers to show for it.
2. Experience in turning insights into content. You know how to take complex data and turn it into clear, actionable content that speaks to your audience. Bonus if you publish on blogs, Telegram, YouTube, or similar platforms
3. Enjoy being a public figure. You love sharing your expertise through speaking engagements, articles, and webinars, and you’re ready to create content specifically for the US market.
4. AI-Driven. You can quickly take a webinar and turn it into multiple content pieces. And you’re no stranger to using AI to speed up work and deliver insights faster.
5. Language Proficiency. Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and ready to present publicly in English, or quickly upskill to meet this requirement. Fluent Russian.

Challange:

We believe that the best way to promote our agent is to show examples of the agent’s findings and to explain how they translate to higher revenue and efficiency. It’s the founder’s job, and on top of that, we are looking for someone who can do this at scale — regular talks, interviews, webinars, publishing articles and case studies, and collaborating with industry experts. It should be someone with real, deep expertise, contributing to the agent’s methodology, helping clients, and speaking about it.

Compensation + benefits:

1. Salary Range: $5,000 to $10,000 per month + Bonuses tied to ARR + Options.
2. Work Environment: Fully remote with potential access to our Lisbon office and flexible hours.
