UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences across dashboards and applications. The role focuses on creating user-centered solutions that support complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive app experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Stakeholders, and will be part of the wider UI/UX Department, following shared design principles, systems, and standards.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for dashboards and applications (web & responsive)
Translate product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
Design data-driven interfaces such as dashboards, performance views, and management tools
Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across complex user journeys
Work closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the design process
Maintain and evolve components within the company’s design system
Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Manager

Main requirements:

University degree in UI/UX design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an equivalent degree
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
Experience designing dashboards, apps, or data-heavy products
Strong knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Experience in fintech, trading, marketing platforms, or SaaS is a plus
