Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the knowledge base (KB)

• Document APIs

• Document runbooks

• Document production processes

• Support onboarding documentation

We expect you to have:

• Ability to explain complex topics simply, in a structured and clear manner

• Basic knowledge of software development

• Experience working with APIs, JSON, YAML, Markdown

• Data visualisation skills (Lucidchart, draw.io, PlantUML, etc.)

• English and Russian at B2 level
