Technical Product Manager

Location: Manila, Philippines, with relocation.

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our Salmon Mobile App team. In this role, you will drive the development of features and processes that enhance customer experiences, improve product performance, and support the company’s growth.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Salmon Mobile App team and build the best mobile app in Southeast Asia.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Your Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product Owners and multiple teams across Technology and Operations to launch and optimize digital products and features, workflows.
2. Lead product discovery efforts, collaborating with UX/UI teams, vendors, and other third parties to enhance the customer experience.
3. Define, document, and provide business and technical requirements by creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for features and process launches across mobile app, backend systems, and support teams.
4. Develop processes and optimize platforms to improve efficiency for internal stakeholders.
5. Enhance user flows and product funnels through data-driven experimentation and A/B testing.

What We Expect from You

1. 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager or System Analyst in a consumer-facing business.
2. Proven track record of launching and improving digital features and processes using incremental iterations, data validation, and customer feedback.
3. Strong decision-making abilities to prioritize tasks, define scope, and clearly communicate reasoning to stakeholders.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align teams (developers, legal, compliance) and drive product success.
5. Adaptability and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6. Familiarity with APIs, UML/BPMN, mobile analytics, and system logs (Splunk, Graylog).

Will be a plus

1. Experience managing third-party vendors and external integrations.
2. Proven ability to improve product metrics through data-driven experimentation.
3. Background in compliance, risk management, or regulatory considerations for digital products.
