Project Manager (Property & Facilities)

Responsibilities

1. Ability to read and interpret:

• Electrical diagrams and layouts

• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) project designs

• Architectural and construction drawings

2. Solid understanding of EU construction norms and standards (including EN, ISO, DIN, etc.);

3. Experience in performing technical evaluations of project documentation;

4. Ability to prepare technical opinions and recommendations;

5. Capacity to provide guarantees on completed works based on project documentation;

6. Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable building principles (preferred).

Requirements

1. Professional experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on construction or engineering sites;

• Proven track record of collaboration with contractors, architects, and technical supervision;

• Competence in quality control over the installation and execution of engineering systems;

1. Technical Tools:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software;

• Knowledge of engineering design and load calculation tools (e.g. DIALux, EPLAN, SolidWorks, etc.);

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;

3. Languages & Communication:

• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and EU standards;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Experience preparing reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders;

4.Additional Requirements

• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;

• Ability to work both independently and within a team;

• Willingness to travel, if required;

• Possession of professional certifications (e.g., CEng, PMP, LEED) is an advantage.
