System Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain user devices, including Windows and OS X laptops.
2. Implement access control measures and user rights restrictions.
3. Maintain records and monitor employee equipment inventory.
4. Resolve technical issues for users and deploy necessary software.
5. Diagnose and rectify hardware and software malfunctions.
6. Proficiently manage local security policies in Windows environments.
7. Develop and execute an IT infrastructure plan for managing user devices.
8. Monitor and backup operating systems and user data.
9. Integrate and support antivirus solutions.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions of multinational tech companies.
2. Extensive experience with Windows systems, encompassing client versions (Windows 8/10/11) and server editions (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 with AD/GPO).
3. Fundamental knowledge of MacOS.
4. Understanding of OS and software licensing principles.
5. Practical experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
6. Proficiency in scripting to automate tasks.
7. Experience with virtualization technologies.
8. Ability to swiftly troubleshoot intricate technical problems.
9. Autonomy in making well-informed and reasoned decisions.

3. Office 365 (intune, Entra ID)
