Software Testing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Software Testing Engineer to join our innovative blockchain project team. This role focuses on hands-on testing, maintaining test automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA Automation and blockchain domain knowledge.

You will:

1. Work independently with a strong desire to improve existing solutions
2. Create, manage, and optimize automated testing frameworks, ensuring our products' continuous and flawless updates
3. Understand business scenarios and tech design, design and develop auto tests
4. Collaborate with a tech lead and engineering team to meet technical requirements and deliver on project goals
5. Prioritize sharp & iterative delivery on tight deadlines
6. Stay updated with new trends and best practices specifically with a focus on scaling blockchain infrastructure and performing systematic testing

What you bring:

1. 3+ years of experience in software testing
2. Strong knowledge of Node.js/TS, Playwright, Jest, Synpress
3. Strong knowledge of functional / non-functional testing
4. Experience in finance domain
5. Excel in communication and collaboration across teams
6. Desire to have skin in the game & make it big

Nice to have:

1. Experience in blockchain domain
2. Understanding of DeFi
3. Understanding of Prediction Markets
4. Previous work in a startup or product-focused environment, especially in DeFi
5. Passion for decentralization and the broader impact of blockchain on industries
6. Experience using prediction markets or understanding of how they function
