THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly online, virality-obsessed Social Media Manager / Growth Lead with a clear path into a CMO role. You will own the entire content, social, and influencer engine — building desire, controversy, and obsession through storytelling, clipping, influencer partnerships, and unorthodox growth tactics.

Your mission: make SOCIETE impossible to ignore, make rejection feel painful and acceptance feel elite, and make people desperate to be chosen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content, Social & Virality

• Own and grow SOCIETE across TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms

• Create viral short-form content built around status, exclusivity, lifestyle upgrades, and dating power dynamics

• Lead clipping strategy across podcasts, interviews, reactions, and remix culture

• Turn mystery, scarcity, rejection, and acceptance into daily viral narrativesInfluencer & Cultural Seeding

• Build relationships with high-status creators, luxury lifestyle influencers, and cultural tastemakers

• Seed SOCIETE selectively to spark demand and conversation

• Orchestrate whisper campaigns, leaks, reactions, and commentary loops

Storytelling & Lifestyle Proof

• Shape content where women talk about the caliber of men they meet and how SOCIETE upgraded their life

• Frame acceptance as a turning point, not just a match

• Ensure storytelling remains aspirational, elevated, and culturally sharp

Unorthodox Growth

• Execute non-traditional, polarizing, high-attention tactics

• Turn criticism, debate, and backlash into fuel for virality

WHO YOU ARE

• Deeply fluent in TikTok, Instagram, X, and viral internet mechanics

• Proven track record making content or accounts go viral repeatedly

• Strong instincts for hooks, clipping, remix culture, and social psychology

• Comfortable operating in controversial or polarizing spaces

• Understands status signaling, aspiration, and online power dynamics

• Fast, taste-driven, and non-corporate
