SMM manager
We need someone who’ll make sure everyone’s talking about us. Who we're looking for: Not just a social media “poster,” but someone who builds systems.
— You think strategically and execute content that drives business
— You’ve worked with LinkedIn and know how to grow B2B organic reach
— You turn “we have an insight” into a content series, landing page, or full-blown campaign
— You understand ERR, CTR, reach, lead gen — and know how to steer them
— You don’t wait for a brief — you create one, pitch it, and lead the charge
What you’ll do:
— Build Blask’s social media presence from the ground up (with a focus on LinkedIn)
— Craft a unique voice, tone, and visual style that no one can confuse with anyone else
— Create content yourself or assemble a team: writers, designers, analysts, video editors
— Launch campaigns around product updates, events, and newsworthy moments
— Analyze results, adapt, and scale what works
— Pitch ideas for content formats, special projects — and make them happen
Who you are:
— You’ve done this before — ideally in a B2B startup environment
— You’ve got case studies: “Here’s a channel — here’s how I turned it into a lead-gen machine”
— You’re not afraid of ownership — you thrive in it
— You want to shape the brand, product, and company growth
— And honestly, you’re on fire to build something meaningful in AI & iGaming media
