Senior Rust Developer (Solana)

BlockSniper is a crypto trading startup. We operate where blockchain meets high-speed trading: building sniper bots and smart trading strategies. Our 20-person analytics team selects projects, and the Rust team enhances and deploys sniper bots.

Requirements:

1. Senior-level Rust knowledge
2. Senior-level experience with Solana: transaction creation/decoding, working with low-level RPC/gRPC, batch processing, indexing, subscriptions
3. Familiarity with Solana programs and runtime constraints (stack, compute units)

Nice to have:

1. Experience writing and testing contracts in Anchor/Solidity
2. Experience working with EVM chains (ETH, BSC, Arbitrum, Base)
3. Experience with MEV, Bundles, Mempool monitoring, Simulations
4. Low-latency / performance optimization: profiling and optimizing code, fixing system bottlenecks, optimizing for multi-datacenter strategies
