Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our CRM Web Growth team and help ensure the reliability, stability, and overall quality of our CRM web-based platform. This includes key components such as the web funnel, payment systems.
What you will do:

• Perform manual functional, regression, and smoke testing of integrations with payment systems and CRM services

• Create and maintain up-to-date test documentation

• Participate in release activities

• Analyze production incidents and collaborate with teams to quickly identify and resolve issues

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer

• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and testing approaches

• Experience testing APIs and backend systems for payment services, with a solid understanding of transaction processing principles

• Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and log analysis tools

• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD processes

• Experience working with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL

• Ability to design regression, integration, and functional testing strategies tailored to payment, marketing, and CRM services

• Solid knowledge of bug prioritization and severity classification, with the ability to effectively prioritize defects based on business impact and timelines

• Experience with A/B testing
