Senior Product Manager (Supply Products)
Remote EU.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our Supply Products suite — including our B2B fleet management platform, driver mobile apps, and WhatsApp-based communication tools.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the tools that power our mobility operations across Europe. If you thrive at the intersection of product, operations, and technology — and enjoy turning complex workflows into smart, scalable solutions — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
You’ll drive the full lifecycle of supply-side tools — from discovery and product definition to delivery and iteration. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, operations leads, and marketing to ensure we build products that solve real-world problems for drivers, fleet managers, and internal teams alike. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define the vision and long-term strategy for all Supply Products
Align product objectives with broader business goals
🔹 Product Development
Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements
Prioritize roadmap based on impact, effort, and stakeholder input
🔹 User Experience Optimization
Conduct user research with drivers and partners
Collaborate with design to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences
🔹 Performance & Data-Driven Improvement
Set clear KPIs and measure product success
Use data and feedback loops to guide iteration and continuous improvement
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact between product and internal/external teams
Ensure transparency and alignment across engineering, operations, and support
🔹 Communication Tools Development
Oversee the development of our WhatsApp BOT for fleet communication
Ensure tight integration with the Driver App for seamless real-time updates
Requirements:
Experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven B2B or mobility platforms (as a must)
Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable workflows
Familiarity with logistics, transport, or fleet management is a strong plus
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Analytical mindset — confident working with product metrics and dashboards
Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Based in Europe (remote format OK)
What we offer:
A high-impact role shaping mission-critical tools in a growing business
Ownership and autonomy in decision-making
A remote-first environment with a collaborative international team
Flexible working hours and a strong product culture
