You will be responsible for leading the transition from a set of B2B products and acquisition funnels to an AI business workflow automation product.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LTV at [PDF.net](http://pdf.net/) as they transition into an AI workflow automation product.
  2. Research, identify and automate workflows and user cases for clients and shape the roadmap accordingly.
  3. Identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage, particularly through the use of AI.
  4. Create compelling messaging for upcoming features that resonates with users.
  5. Conduct up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, and other methods, presenting findings to the team with clarity and confidence.
  6. Enable engineers and designers to deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make informed product decisions.

Qualities that we’re looking for

  1. Proven expertise in product management for AI-driven B2B document editing and management workflow automation companies, driving process efficiency, increasing LTV, and expanding global market reach.
  2. Expertise in building and managing B2B document workflow products.
  3. Exceptional judgment in product development and operations.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis and systems thinking.
  5. Self-motivated and experienced in remote/async work environments.
  6. Experience in launching and leading SaaS/B2B document management and AI workflow automation products.
  7. A keen eye for good design.

Salary & Contract

  1. Compensation: $84,000 — $120,000/year. Yearly bonus based on profit and performance.
  2. Paid via [deel.com](http://deel.com/) (standard contract).
  3. Asia/Pacific or EU timezone.
