Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Mobile) who can help us rethink our mobile product—preserving its depth and accuracy, while adding clarity and emotion. We’re offering a chance to shape a key product of our company, working directly with a team with a flat hierarchy.

This position requires relocation to Cyprus and on-site work from our office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for the cTrader mobile application.

• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams.

• Rethink user journeys by identifying where complexity creates friction and replacing it with clarity.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the design system.

Requirements

• Solid experience in product design, especially in mobile UX/UI.

• Strong sense of structure, visual language, and user interface quality.

• High design standards and an eye for detail.

• Critical thinking skills: you ask the right questions, challenge requirements, and look for the essence.

• Ability to justify design decisions and work collaboratively.

• Experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
