UX/UI Designer

Hi! We are Vostok team! In our work, we prefer a creative approach, attention to detail and the desire for perfection in everything. We're looking for a designer who's not afraid of bold ideas and enjoys creating promo pages that capture users' attention from the very first screen.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

• Design Creation: Create promotional landing pages for feature launches, campaigns, and new products.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team — from concept to final implementation.

• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

• File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

• Design System Contribution: Help build and maintain design system components to streamline the creation of consistent, high-quality promo pages.

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design.

• Technical Skills: Expert in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles, proficient in Adobe Photoshop for visual refinement and asset preparation.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to enhance design.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.

• Visual Execution: Ability to quickly generate visually striking and well-structured promo layouts that align with marketing goals and brand identity.

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web development technologies.

• Skills in animation and motion design.

• Familiarity with AI tools for design ideation, asset generation, or content adaptation (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML).

• Understanding of key metrics.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
