Senior Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to help us unlock growth across our casual mobile gaming portfolio. You’ll play a key role in analyzing user acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for scale, and providing insights that shape our marketing decisions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the mobile gaming and UA landscape, and can turn data into actionable business recommendations.

You won’t be responsible for building predictive models yourself — but you’ll work closely with our in-house forecasting and analytics team to bridge data science outputs with practical UA and growth strategies.

🛠 Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of paid UA campaigns across multiple channels

  • Identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities in acquisition, retention, and monetization

  • Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to drive campaign improvements

  • Design and evaluate tests for creatives, offers, targeting, and other performance levers

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations

  • Partner with the Data Science team to improve how we interpret and apply modeled metrics

  • Mentor marketers and cross-functional partners in marketing analytics and data literacy

✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming

  • Strong understanding of UA mechanics and campaign performance measurement

  • Advanced SQL skills; able to work efficiently with large datasets (ClickHouse experience is a plus)

  • Confident with Python (especially Pandas, NumPy)

  • Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn)

  • Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests

  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)

  • Excellent communication skills — able to tell compelling stories with data

  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in cross-functional environments

  • Bonus: experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust), AdTech tools, or campaign automation systems
