Who we're looking for

We are seeking for talented and experienced Senior/Lead/Staff Backend Engineers in Product Clusters to join our R&D Team (250+ people: developers, QA engineers, designers, technical support engineers, DevOps engineers, and product managers). This role is key for us, and we are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise, and readiness to take ownership of complex engineering challenges.

Technology stack

Ruby on Rails (7+), PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS infrastructure, k8s; configured CI / CD on Jenkins and Gitlab, BitBucket. We work in micro-teams of 7-8 people using the Kanban methodology and Trunk-based development model.

Our expectations

• Solid backend development experience (7+ years) in Ruby.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development methodologies

• Strategic thinking and proven ability to solve complex engineering problems

• Experience in improving code quality, introducing best practices, and setting coding standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Development of Dropbox-like functionality — creation and maintenance of cloud file storage with collaborative access and synchronization features.

• Billing systems integration.

• Integration with third-party services.
