Senior Business Analyst (Operations)

Join our Data team as a Senior Business Analyst and become the go-to data partner for our Core Banking and Operations function

You'll drive insights, build trusted reporting tools, and empower smarter decision-making across the heart of our core products and processes

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful analytics and dashboards

• Maintain and evolve key datasets and KPIs, and empower the utilization of self-service tools

• Build clear, actionable visualizations using Power BI, Python, or similar tools

• Research and define new metrics, and propose innovative approaches to better utilize data

• Work closely with operations, product, and analytics stakeholders to support investigations and strategic initiatives

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in business or risk analytics, ideally in fintech or banking

• Confident in SQL (we use Databricks, BigQuery) and popular BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Python)

• Skilled in translating complex requirements into intuitive data solutions

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Python skills for automation, orchestration, or data analysis are a plus

• Languages: English (full working proficiency) – must

• Russian (basic working proficiency) – is a plus
