🚀 Rust Developer (EVM / Trading Infrastructure)

We’re looking for a strong Rust Developer with experience in EVM and crypto trading systems to join 1010 Trading — a technology-driven proprietary trading team (~40–50 people) building infrastructure for algorithmic trading across CEX and DEX markets.

What you’ll do:
• Build high-performance backend services in Rust
• Work with EVM transactions, ABI, and calldata
• Develop services for on-chain data processing and data pipelines
• Optimize system performance (async, concurrency, memory)
• Contribute to infrastructure powering algorithmic trading systems

Requirements:
• Strong Rust skills (networking, concurrency, multithreading)
• Solid experience working with EVM
• Experience in crypto trading systems (DEX/CEX, arbitrage, trading bots, etc.)
• Systems thinking and understanding of low-level fundamentals (CPU, memory, OS)
