Revenue manager
We’re seeking a Revenue Manager to take ownership of revenue performance, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the company. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve revenue targets — including setting goals, building financial models, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Analyze performance across business units, streams, and networks, identifying key trends, revenue drivers, and areas for improvement.
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs such as revenue, direct costs, gross margin, TVL, and infrastructure expenses.
Evaluate profitability and cost structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Collaborate with business units to ensure effective resource allocation and strategic investment decisions that align with financial goals.
Prepare and present regular financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct detailed factor analysis of revenue, direct costs, TVL, and infrastructure spending to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accuracy in client bonus calculations, automate processes where possible, and monitor on-time payments.
Participate in the review and approval of new revenue and rebate agreements.
Continuously improve revenue-related processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Data, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue and gross margin objectives with broader business strategies.
Requirements
Education in finance (a Bachelor's degree at minimum in finance, accounting or economics)
Proven strong track record in finance-related roles at least 3 years
Understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
Analytical skills to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights
Strong technical skills in financial analysis tools and software
Effective communication skills
Fluent English
