React Native Developer

We are currently looking for a React Native Developer to join one of our portfolio companies StepMania — a fast-growing product team with an ambitious goal to build high-quality, user-friendly products for mass adoption.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and improve mobile app features using React Native and Expo.
2. Develop and integrate local and remote push notifications.
3. Create interactive UI elements including Live Activity Widgets.
4. Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to define features and deliver high-quality results.
5. Explore and occasionally write native iOS/Android code when needed.
6. Participate in team discussions and influence technical decisions.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience with React Native and Expo.
2. Willingness to write native code for iOS and Android where required.
3. Solid understanding of frontend development principles and component architecture.
4. Ability to take initiative and contribute beyond just writing code.
