QA Manager

We are an international team of ambitious professionals driven by innovation and a belief in a decentralized future. We are now seeking a strategic and experienced QA Manager to build and lead our quality assurance function, ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

The QA Manager will be a key leader responsible for establishing and scaling a culture of quality across the entire organization. You will develop and execute the company-wide QA strategy, mentor a team of QA engineers, and implement best practices to ensure our full suite of products (including web, mobile, and backend systems) is reliable, secure, and performant.

This role requires a blend of hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and deep collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Develop QA strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive, company-wide testing strategy that covers all products and platforms (functional, UI/UX, regression, performance, security).

  • Own QA processes: Establish, document, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and test documentation standards across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Drive automation: Define the vision and roadmap for test automation, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and test coverage.

  • Collaborate and influence: Act as the primary QA stakeholder, collaborating closely with QA Lead, developers, product managers, and designers to influence product quality from the requirements stage to release.

  • Ensure release quality: Oversee all testing activities to ensure the quality of complex features and timely releases, providing clear go/no-go recommendations.

  • Reporting and metrics: Define, track, and analyze key quality metrics, reporting on product quality and team performance to leadership with actionable Insights.


Requirements

Must-have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead or Manager role, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing a successful QA strategy from the ground up.

  • Strong experience with both manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and backend API services.

  • Deep understanding of client-server architecture and experience with tools like Charles, Postman, and various logging systems.

  • Excellent ability to work with technical documentation and define test requirements from product specifications.

  • English language proficiency: B2 (Intermediate and higher)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with performance and security testing methodologies.

  • Experience with KYC/AML systems, Grafana, and Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with back-office and administrative systems.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing.
