Project Manager (WEB)

We are looking for a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle projects, act as a bridge between clients, the team, and management, and ensure predictability and transparency in the fast-paced environment of our web direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle projects — from briefing and planning to launch and delivery.

• Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and monitor timelines and quality.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients, management, and the development team.

• Work in Jira: create, track, and manage tasks, configure boards and workflows.

• Maintain project documentation in Confluence.

• Participate in planning and task estimation, ensuring transparency and clarity of processes.

• Organize testing of new features, collect and analyze user feedback, and implement improvements.

• Conduct meetings and presentations in English.

• Support the development team by resolving organizational issues and fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.

• English level B2+ — both written and spoken communication with clients.

• Strong command of Jira and experience working with Confluence.

• Basic understanding of web development processes (websites, design, branding).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong task prioritization abilities aligned with business goals and user needs.

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change and find solutions in complex situations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with distributed teams.

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and brand design.
