Project Manager (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Life & Medical Insurance product team in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and drive delivery processes for the Medical stream from scratch – no ready workflows in place

• Manage development across mobile, backend, and web tracks, ensuring features go live on time

• Coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams and align them with business stakeholders

• Take ownership for dependencies, blockers, and risks, ensuring decisions are pushed through quickly

• Build and maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication flows

• Ensure smooth handover and release management across teams

Requirements

• Solid international experience in digital product/project delivery, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries

• Proven ability to establish processes independently in a fast-moving environment

• Strong background in remote team management and international collaboration

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate short-term (3+ months) for on-site coordination

• Proactive and self-driven; comfortable making decisions without constant oversight

• Arabic is a strong plus; English fluency required
