EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

Due to continued growth and development, we are opening a Project Manager position for Operations Department.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional capable of effectively managing projects of any complexity on time, within budget, and with high quality execution.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to deadlines, budget, and quality standards

• Coordinating the work of project teams and interacting with key stakeholders - clients, management, and partners

• Ensuring transparency and timely reporting on project status

• Managing a portfolio of projects and programs: prioritization, optimization, and balancing in accordance with the company's strategic goals

• Controlling project budgets, planning, monitoring, and financial reporting

• Identifying and minimizing project risks, regularly informing management about progress

• Leading and developing a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and high efficiency

• Developing and implementing project management methodologies within the company.

Requirements:

• Experience managing projects (ERP, CRM, organizational transformations, etc.) - 3+ years

• Successful experience working in multinational and cross-functional teams

• In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management principles

• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced MS Office functions

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be an advantage

• Native Russian language

• English language - Upper Intermediate level and above
