Project Manager

Cyprus, full relocation support and working visa.

At PayDepot, we develop several B2B & B2C fintech products. We are growing rapidly and are currently looking for a Project Manager, who will shape & observe our development process, making sure our increments are delivered timely and in full.

We have a nice office in Limassol, and if you are not in Cyprus yet, we will assist with relocation for you and your family.

What you’ll do

• Transform requirements & specs into well-refined tickets.

• Monitor sprint progress & track results across multiple teams.

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies.

• Keep track of high- and low-level dependencies, highlighting potential threats.

• Monitor versions & release dependencies.

• Act as a liaison between tech teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a project manager or a scrum master.

• You’ve been a part of product teams in fintech or banking.

• You’re a master in Jira & Confluence.

• Proficiency in agile frameworks.

• Fluent in English, both spoken & written.

• You have experience in startups

• You’re not afraid to make product decisions, and you understand how they’re made

• You have experience as a data analyst or software engineer

• You’ve got a degree in STEM.
