Product Owner (Trading & Liquidity)

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Product Owner to lead the development of Tangem's in-app services, including swap services, on/off-ramp, staking, and other DeFi and CeFi integrations. The ideal candidate should have a background in investment or trading-related services for B2C clients, with experience in brokerage, asset management, or exchanges. Strong knowledge of DeFi, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and blockchain-based financial products is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle of in-app services—managing development, launch, and further business growth.

• Lead the technical team responsible for building in-app services, ensuring seamless integration with Tangem's wallet ecosystem.

• Develop and execute product strategy for swap services, staking, fiat on/off-ramp, and other DeFi-enabled features.

• Work with key partners including liquidity providers, exchanges, and blockchain networks to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially regarding on/off-ramp services, transaction monitoring, and DeFi protocols.

• Monitor market trends and customer needs to enhance Tangem's in-app financial services and maintain competitiveness.

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading, or investment-related services.

• Experience in brokerage, asset management, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges.

• Strong understanding of DeFi and DEX ecosystems and how they integrate into user-friendly financial products.

• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with developers on feature implementation. Partnership management experience with liquidity providers, staking platforms, and fiat on/off-ramp services.

• Familiarity with financial compliance requirements related to trading and DeFi.

• English language at C1/С2 level.
