Product Mobile Designer (Core Team)

We’re looking for a Product Designer (Core Team) to own and evolve the cross-product experience of our mobile app.

Core is the team responsible for the integrity of the whole application: the app structure, shared mechanics, and foundational patterns that every product team builds on. If something must feel consistent across the app — it lives in Core.

We’re growing fast, and Core is becoming a dedicated stream with high impact. We need someone who can take ownership, drive initiatives, and help us scale the product without losing clarity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Core experience as a system: structure, navigation logic, shared mechanics, and UX principles across the app.

• Act as an initiator: spot issues, propose solutions, align people, and push changes through.

• Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders

• Protect app consistency when needed: say “no” (and explain “why”) to decisions that break the cross-product experience.

• Use research, metrics, and experiments where relevant to validate and iterate.

What we expect from candidate

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android).

• Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level).

• Strong ability to think and design systemically (not just individual screens).

• High level of independence and proactivity — you’re comfortable driving ambiguous problems to clarity.

• Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research and A/B testing.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals.

• Understanding of mobile development constraints and ability to design realistic concepts.

• Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE) is a plus.

• Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
