Product Manager (CRM)

We are Quadcode, a fintech company delivering advanced trading technologies and financial products to clients worldwide. Our flagship product is a SaaS trading platform, powering brokers and traders across multiple regions.

We’re looking for a Product Manager. In this role, you’ll define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration with external systems to support Sales, Support, and Compliance teams.

Tasks:

• Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders (Sales, Support, Compliance, BI);

• Define and evolve the product strategy for the internal CRM;

• Set product goals and KPIs (e.g., funnel conversion rates, ticket SLAs, CSAT);

• Develop and maintain the roadmap, manage the backlog;

• Break down tasks and create user stories for the development team;

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and integration teams (API);

• Ensure seamless integration with external systems (telephony, email, chat, payment gateways);

• Launch A/B tests and metrics to optimize Sales/Support processes;

• Oversee releases, train users, and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, E-com or Gambling;

• Deep understanding of Sales funnels, Customer Support, and CRM systems;

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase);

• Hands-on experience integrating third-party services via API (telephony, email, chatbots, payments);

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, with proven experience managing backlog and roadmap;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with metrics (CR, LTV, NPS, CSAT, SLA);

• Russian native or bilingual proficiency;

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
