Product Lead, Platform

We’re building a digital hub that connects users to cutting-edge mental health treatments from psychedelic therapy to AI diagnostics. We're looking for a Product Lead to own the vision and execution of this platform at the intersection of health tech, media, and digital care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy

• Build a comprehensive platform with media, assessments, provider search, and onboarding tools

• Collaborate with medical, design, engineering, and marketing teams

• Lead fast product iterations, testing hypotheses and learning from data

• Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance

• Align the platform strategy with Pink Elephant’s broader mental health product ecosystem

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product leadership experience, from zero-to-one through scale

• Strong data orientation and outcome-focused mindset

• Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and GTM teams

• Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail

• Entrepreneurial and adaptive in fast-moving environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Preferred (a plus):

• Experience in health tech or regulated industries

• Background in building marketplaces

• Early-stage founder/builder experience

• Navigating complex compliance or medical-legal frameworks

• High-impact role with ownership and long-term vision.
