Help us shape seamless experiences across web and mobile apps, focusing on user retention, loyalty and engagement in the MENA insurance ecosystem.

You will join the Loyalty team, focusing on creating rewarding experiences that drive engagement and long-term customer relationships. From bonuses and referral programs to telematics and targeted campaigns, you'll help shape QIC’s loyalty strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and evolve end-to-end user experiences for the loyalty program: rewards, cashback, tiers, and personalized offers
  2. Conduct UX research in collaboration with analysts and researchers (qualitative and quantitative)
  3. Create prototypes and design concepts — from early sketches to final hand-off for development
  4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle
  5. Participate in sprint planning and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
  6. Continuously improve existing features based on user feedback, data, and business goals
  7. Support A/B testing initiatives — from design setup to analysis of results

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in product UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty-related products
  2. Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions grounded in user needs and business impact
  4. Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable design practices
  5. Ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E) for ideation, prototyping, content generation, or UI/UX research
  6. Experience in prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and creativity
  7. Upper-Intermediate in English
  8. Bonus points for: experience with product analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Hotjar), basic understanding of HTML/CSS, or prior work on gamified/engagement-driven experiences

Interview Process:

  1. Portfolio screening
  2. Intro call (30 min)
  3. Tech session (Case study presentation + Whiteboard task, 90 min)
  4. Meet the team (40 min)

  1. Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
  2. We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25 different countries
  3. Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
  4. Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
  5. Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick days
  6. Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
  7. Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
