Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape exceptional digital experiences.

As an ideal candidate, you'll be a creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design, capable of transforming complex requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces. You'll work at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless, user-friendly solutions that drive product success.

You will

1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications (staking widgets).
2. Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
3. Optimize the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows.
4. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
5. Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input.
6. Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
7. Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
8. Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies.
9. Drive all design process phases, from research and ideation to design and testing.

You have

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B products, fintech, or blockchain environment preferred.
2. Strong portfolio, showcasing your work in complex tech environments.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma; experience with prototyping and collaboration tools like Principle or Miro is also a plus.
4. Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
5. Solid understanding of Web3 principles, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain principles: you don’t need to be a developer, but understanding how Web3 products work is crucial.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
7. Ability to work with complex user experience challenges in a new and emerging space. You should be able to work with uncertainty and think creatively about how to improve the user journey.
8. Ability to work with uncertainty and a fast-changing environment.
9. Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
