What we’re building

limitless.exchange is the largest prediction market on Base, and we're scaling it to viral, mainstream adoption. We’ve processed over $500M in trading volume, with a focus on financial markets like crypto, stocks, and commodities. We’re seeing strong signs of product-market fit: 40% 7-day retention among traders, with the average user spending 5.5 hours per week on the platform.

Role overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and product-driven Senior Product Designer to join our fast-growing team. You will own the end-to-end design process - from research and ideation, to UX flows, prototyping, and polished UI. Your mission is to craft high-impact, intuitive experiences that help millions of users engage with prediction markets, financial products, and decentralized systems.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in zero-to-one environments, ships quickly, and has a strong product intuition backed by data and user behavior insights.

You will

• Lead end-to-end product design across core prediction market, trading, and social features

• Translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into intuitive user experiences

• Drive research: user interviews, competitive analysis, behavioral insights

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and founders to shape roadmap and product direction

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI assets

What you bring

• 4+ years of product design experience working on consumer or fintech products

• Experience with motion design, particularly micro-interactions and UI animations

• Demonstrated ability to design complex systems with simplicity and clarity

• Strong UX fundamentals and a portfolio that showcases both craft and product thinking

• Experience designing for data-dense or trading-style interfaces (a plus)

• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows

• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

• Ability to think in systems and contribute to a scalable design system

• A strong sense of ownership - you care about outcomes, not just output

• Experience conducting product discovery or user research

• Experience working in fast-paced startups

• Motion design or micro-interaction skills

• Strong product intuition supported by A/B testing or analytics
