Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Product Design Strategy in CoinsPaid

• Lead talented experienced product designers, setting them up for success through coaching, performance review and personal development plans

• Organise Product Design Team working process from user research insights to smooth customer experience

• Be responsible for scaling the team and enabling a comfortable organisational structure

• Bring the CX/UX research practises increasing the quality of releasing features

• Collaborate closely with CX Team, Product Managers and Team Leads to find new opportunities for improving the process and shipping

• Act as the voice of the user through best practices, attention to detail, unconventional thinking

• Work as a practitioner under product flows, design system, guidelines, specs and principles that open to discussion and critique of own decisions

• Share knowledge within the company and community through presentations, meets and workshops

• Develop design system for both B2B and B2C products and the company as a whole

• Contribute to the product development processes

• Align the corporate visual style within the company's products

• Participate in the implementation of analytical and research tools and approaches

Nice to have:

• Understanding of payment systems and user experience in financial products

• Familiarity with crypto payment flows and transaction principles

• Awareness of the crypto industry landscape, key technologies, and user behaviors
