Responsibilities:

• Design and build Growth analytics infrastructure from zero

• Select and implement #ABtesting platform

• Design experiments and analyze results for product decisions

• Work with targeted campaigns, rewards, referrals, pricing

• Build simple ML models for personalization

• Create dashboards and automated reporting

Required Skills:

• Experience with Growth and/or pricing analytics

• Product analytics: experiment design, A/B testing, statistical analysis

• Python and SQL proficiency

• Any #BI tool experience

• Basic ML skills - ability to build models independently

• Fluent #English (international team)

• Experience with growth mechanics (campaigns, rewards, referrals)

Bonus Skills:

• Amplitude, Statsig, Three Sigma experience

• Building analytics processes from scratch

• European market experience

• Advanced statistical methods
