Operations Manager

At PayDepot we build innovative fintech and crypto products that combine speed, security, and user-first design. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day running smoothly and help us grow efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Execute daily payment operations: processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and commission settlements.

• Monitor and track both fiat and crypto transactions.

• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and internal policies.

• Communicate with counterparties, banks, and crypto service providers regarding payments and commission

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare operational reports.

• Calculate and distribute commissions for partners, brokers, or internal stakeholders.

• Perform regular account reconciliations, including commissions and fees, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
  

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in payment operations, settlements, or treasury.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and fee calculations.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data under tight deadlines.

• Fluent Russian, English proficiency for professional correspondence.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with reporting tools.

• Solid understanding of financial flows: banking transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), crypto transactions, and commission handling.
  

You’ll be a great fit if

• Experience in fintech, BaaS platforms, or crypto brokerage.

• Basic skills in SQL or automation tools for reconciliation and commission tracking.

• Knowledge of accounting or financial systems.
