Your mission: Make an impact 🎯 
We’re launching our Limassol office from scratch and need a reliable person to handle all operational matters quickly and efficiently.What awaits you: You’ll be the only office manager in Limassol - independence is key. Since we’re launching the office from scratch, you’ll handle standard tasks plus many one-off setup projects. Be ready to solve various issues quickly without excessive approvals. You’ll be part of our global operations team, working closely with colleagues across different locations.

How you’ll drive success 🏆

• Operations management: office operations, supplies, space planning

• People operations: onboarding new employees, training coordination, corporate events

• Administrative support: business trips, Jira request processing, documentation

• Problem-solving: from everyday issues to organizational ones - everything needed for comfortable team operations

• Additional tasks as assigned by company management

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience in office management or similar operational processes

• Ability to quickly handle diverse tasks and show reasonable initiative

• Proficiency with PC

• English: Advanced, Russian: fluent, Greek: would be a plus

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
