Motion Designer (Prequel)

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join the Prequel team.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising video creatives based on briefs for various platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram);

• Produce motion assets and edits in After Effects;

• Adapt and localize existing creatives (resizes, translations, format adjustments);

• Maintain clear and organized file structure for all working projects;

• Follow established production workflows and meet deadlines;

• Ensure proper naming conventions and version control for creative packs;

• Participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas for new ad concepts.

Requirements

• Strong command of After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma;

• Experience with and understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Krea, Runway, GPT, etc.);

• Strong visual taste and sense of aesthetics when selecting or generating photo/video assets;

• Solid typography and font pairing skills;

• Ability to capture attention through visuals and clearly communicate the essence of the advertised product;

• Basic skills in music and sound design for video editing;

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines;

• Strong skills in finding, analyzing, and applying references in creative production.
