ML Engineer / Data Scientist

We are hiring an ML Engineer / Data Scientist to design and deploy RAG AI chatbots (text/audio).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development (front & backend) of AI chatbots.

• Structure, process, and ingest training content & transcripts.

• Design NLP-driven conversation flows, chat history handling, and contextual responses.

• Voice matching & personalization aligned to the founder/brand voice.

• Build high-performance systems (<3s latency) that scale for multiple users.

• Generate on-demand content: summaries, FAQs, articles, emails.

Required Skills:

• Proven RAG system deployment experience.

• Deep knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and vectorization.

• React / React Native (web/iOS).

• Strong UX/UI, testing, and iteration skills.

• Ability to reference multi-format documents (text/audio/video) instantly.
