HR Business Partner

Relocation to Manila, Philippines.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong understanding of HR processes, and is passionate about supporting employees throughout the entire lifecycle. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and confident handling both the strategic and operational sides of HR, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and tax reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations

• Manage HR compliance, keeping up to date with relevant labor laws and internal policies

• Foster positive employee relations and support team dynamics across departments

• Lead performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and development planning

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including benefits enrollment and administration

What we expect from candidate

• 3+ years of experience as an HR BP/HR Generalist or in a similar broad-based HR role

• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation, and advancement

• Proven ability to manage challenging situations such as terminations, layoffs, and workplace conflict with professionalism and discretion
